Founder-led growth begins in Kolkata. Cotton trading, manufacturing and agency representation.
1994
Rahul Almal and Atul Almal join the business. Second generation involvement begins.
1999
Returns after MBA. Bengaluru expansion begins — recognising India's emerging technology hub.
2003
Rahul Almal becomes Chairman and Atul Almal becomes Vice Chairman. NCR expansion follows in 2004.
2005
